2011 (PDP – S3i – AMI)
First shut down in Fermont at Mont-Wright
2011 (replacement of Dallos) + - 125K Arcelor Mittal. 
Regular presence at Arcelor Mittal in Mont-Wright
2012 Regular presence at Arcelor Mittal in Mont-Wright with more than 40 workers every two weeks following the project of Line 7 First major contract with Arcelor Mittal
2014 Red water treatment: value 2.3M Shareholder transaction
2014 Purchase of Mécanitec and AMI shares by Roger Pagé and Frederic Richard First mandate at Arcelor Mittal Port-Cartier
2015 Refurbishment of one of the baking ovens with the new team of shareholders. Mandate renewed ever since on a yearly basis. (Major 2-week shutdown of $ 1M) Agreement between IOC Sept-Iles and M3i
2016 Agreement between IOC Sept-Iles and M3i for the maintenance of the site in mechanical service. M3i performs this work as a second service, as it has not obtained the main mandate. Hiring of Martin Fournier
2017 (Cornerstone of innovation projects at Arcelor Mittal Port-Cartier Pellet Plant sector) M3i retakes the contracts of the Trinor Group at Aluminerie Alouette
2017 Following the bankrupcy of the group, consisting of 2 contracts excluding decrees related to mechanical maintenance on the site and the change of tanks in the Brascage sector. Another part of the contract will be taken over by M3i's sister company: Plomberie du Portage covering the construction part (maintenance of doors, carpentry work and general work on the site). An agreement is signed for 3 years and 2 option years. M3i acquires several vehicles, tools and construction site trailers to be able to complete the contract of predecessor Trinor. Investment of more than 250K. Major improvement of the manufacturing workshop
2017 M3i goes from a garage to a welding and assembly workshop with capacity for 10 workers per shift as well as a foreman. Purchase of two neighboring buildings for the coming expansion
2017 The building can also accommodate 14 lodging workers for the local contracts. Mainly used as a warehouse in its early days. 
Major project for the restart of the concentrator
2018 Major restart project of the Phase I concentrator of Iron Ore Quebec formerly CLiffs Bloom Lake. 6M partnership project with another entrepreneur. First manufacturing mandate outside the province
2018 (Optimal Pelletizing System- O.P.S) Tank program at Aluminerie Alouette
2019 The tank program at Aluminerie Alouette required a complete restructuring, the hiring of additional resources and an HR director. M3i established a world record for tank replacement (6 tanks / week for 6 months) Modernization of the workshop ventilation system
2019 200K investment M3i signed with IOC Sept-Iles
2019 April, M3i signs an agreement with IOC Sept-Iles until 2021 as first responder for all maintenance excluding construction of the Sept-Iles site. This formalizes what has been happening for 2 years, M3i is always ready to respond while the first responder is not able to do so. Agreement on a point of principle between the Port of Sept-Iles
2019 Logitech and M3i for the maintenance of its facilities at the multiple-usage dock in Pointe au Basque. Alouette, signs first year of option with M3i
2020 Alouette signs a first year of option with M3i. Hirings
2020 Hiring of a health and safety director. Hiring of an operations manager and a full-time designer for Alouette. Beginning of a possible export process
2020 Beginning of the process to export the Optimal Pelletizing System (O.P.S) product internationally. Order for 5 optimal pelletizing system (O.P.S.)
2020 IOC Labrador places an order for 5 additional O.P.S.
