Entrepreneur since 2006 when he took his family’s business “Plomberie du Portage” in his hands. Some years later, he became the founder of three other companies: M3i (2011), Extincteurs JSD (2015) and Zoom Location (2017). His 20 years of experience in plumbing, process piping and building mechanics have turn him into a benchmark in his field.

Mélanie holds a master’s degree in organization management, obtained in 2019. Her final project was an intervention on the M3i employer brand. Her atypical background resumes in 17 years of diverse experience with individuals and communities, including 12 years in economic development and entrepreneurial support.

Our health and safety expert spent 37 years at ArcelorMittal, formerly Quebec Cartier. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of positions. He started in the field and moved up to management positions in different sectors. More recently, he held the position of human resources and health and safety director at Arbec Forest Products Inc.

Martin is a technical expert in the pelletizing process and is an exceptional designer and draftsman. He has been a member of M3i since 2017, where he has been able to share his expertise and knowledge acquired during more than 25 years of experience in the sector. He was project manager for 15 years in the ArcelorMittal pelletizing plant, he oversaw the mechanical projects at Metal 7 for seven years and he was designer at Exfo for three years.

Despite a background in Industrial Mechanic, in the last eight years Frédéric has built a career as a Buyer/Purchaser in the Municipal sphere. Now at M3i / PDP, he holds a newly created strategic position as a key contributor to the operational efficiency of the group.

With a DEP in industrial mechanics, then a certificate in welding and assembly, Normand has had a career in industry for 20 years. He quickly obtained CWB certifications and the title of welding supervisor. In 2013, he was appointed production manager at COH Côte-Nord division. He joined the M3i team in 2019 as director of operations for our services at Aluminerie Alouette, which employs around fifty people.

Technicien en maintenance industrielle, François cumule une douzaine d’année d’expérience dans l’industrie. De 2016 à 2019, il occupe un poste de technicien de levage pour Five, chez Aluminerie Alouette. Seul représentant de l’entreprise sur le site, il s’occupe du service de A à Z. Remarqué pour ses compétences et son leadership, il est recruté chez M3i à l’été 2019 pour occuper le poste de planificateur.

Jonathan is a civil engineer of the University of Sherbrooke. He is member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec since 2014. He has nearly 15 years of experience in project management, including 3 years in the construction sector. Currently, he collaborates with M3i as project manager, where he shares his expertise in civil works, construction, industrial mechanics and steel structures of all kinds.

Martin is a mechanical engineering technician, who began his career in the forest industry. Later on he accumulated more than twenty years of experience in a variety of management positions related to planning, mechanical maintenance and asset management, both at the concentrator and at the pelletizing plant of Cliff Natural Resources. Currently, he runs a Service Center of Metso Mineral and holds the position of Project Director at PDP Industrial Services.

With more than 25 years of professional experience, first in the forestry industry and then in the mining sector as a maintenance mechanic, Roger joined M3i in 2014. At first, he held the position of head of service, followed by the position of director of operations, finally he became our Managing Director. In this position he is in charge on planning and coordinating several projects by taking advantage of the expertise acquired while handling the pelletizing plant at Cliff Natural Resource.
